HISTORY

BMG Pharma LLC was born in the United States in 2007 from the friendship of three people.

Today it is led by Marco Mastrodonato, one of the founding partners and the company's top ambassador.

With expertise, vision and focused on the partnering business model, the company has proven over the years that it can respond to the evolving needs of the pharmaceutical & broader healthcare market.

In 2018 was born BMG Pharma S.p.A. from the aggregation with Sigea S.r.L, an Italian excellence company in the research and chemical derivatization of macromolecules, polysaccharides and biomaterials.

The inclusion of:

- scientists with key expertise in synthetic, analytical and biological chemistry and in the development of functional ingredients in the field of cosmetics and biomaterials,
– Hyaluromimethic® technological platform and
– medical devices,

has opened the scenario toward an even greater product development capacity.

Now BMG is engaged in the development of the Hyaluromimethic® project.
