More than 25 years of expertis in Financial and Accountant areas in national and multinational contexts such as Telecom Italia, Patrimonio del Trentino and Lattebusche; from 2007 till 2018 General Manager in Patrimonio del Trentino S.p.A company established in 2006 which grew to € 1 billion of assets evaluation. From 2020 acting as the general manager of Terme di Levico.

MARCO MASTRODONATO
FOUNDER & CEO

Founder and former Chairman of Relife Pharma Srl a specialty dermatology company which was acquired by Menarini Group in 2015. As a founder and former Executive Director of Sinclair Pharma plc, listed on LSE, Marco headed up the Business Development, Licensing and Product Development Division of the group for 9 years. Prior to Sinclair, Marco was the founder and former Board Member of Metrodora Therapeutics Inc, a US biotech company focussing on systemic inflammation and treatment of anaemia, presently conducting a phase I clinical trial in the US.

MICHELE GARUFI
INDEPENDENT BOARD MEMBER

Michele Garufi, Pharm. D., is one of Nicox SA Co-Foundersand has served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since its foundation in March 1996 till June 2022. Prior to co-founding Nicox, Dr. Garufi served as Vice President of the International Division and Director of Licensing at Recordati , Director of the International Division of Italfarmaco and Poli Chimica. Co-Founder and board member of NanoRetinal Inc, a US R&D private Company focused on ocular Rare Diseases and co-founder and Board member of Golgenia Srl, an Italian R&D private Company focused in oncology. He has previously served on the boards of directors of Novuspharma SpA, Novexel SA, Lica SA, Scharper SpA, Delife Srl ,Relivia Srl, VISUfarma BV and OncoBioTek SA.

PIER VINCENZO COLLI
INDEPENDENT BOARD MEMBER

In the last two decades I covered a position of G.M. and CEO in Public companies, Family, and a P.E owned companies as Alfasigma, Nycomed, Pharmacia & Upjohn.

Senior investment officer in Friulia S.p.A., private equity firm owned by Friuli Venezia Giulia region (Italy). More than 15 years of experience in the financial sector, both in corporate institutions and PE/venture capitals. Board member in different firms with focus on strategic and financial planning.
